Sr. Executive/Associate Manager - Financial Operations

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of payment gateway transactions across multiple systems and reports. Identify and resolve discrepancies in transaction data by liaising with banks, payment processors, and internal teams. Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track reconciliation metrics and financial performance. Prepare accurate MIS, dashboards and billing reports and present insights to key stakeholders for informed decision-making. Ensure financial integrity and mitigate financial liability through rigorous oversight and control measures. Automate reconciliation and reporting processes using advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools. Knowledge of SQL will be a plus. Collaborate with Finance, Tech, and Operations teams to improve reconciliation efficiency and accuracy. Maintain documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation processes and reports. Will be required to handle large-scale financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Managing billing and related reconciliation Monitor and analyse key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr Executive/ Asst. Manager with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Financial Operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, and should have a solid background in the Banking, Fintech or PG. Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional certifications in analytics or finance is a plus.
