Supply Chain & Fulfilment Manager (E-commerce / D2C)

You will own the back-end engine of the business — ensuring products are onboarded, stocked, shipped, and delivered smoothly and cost-effectively. Onboard and manage vendors (pricing, SLAs, inventory readiness) Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely deliveries Manage fulfilment workflows: order processing, dispatch, returns, and RTOs Monitor inventory availability and flag supply risks proactively Optimize fulfilment costs, delivery timelines, and customer experience Act as the operations bridge between vendors, warehouse, and customer support

8+ years' experience in supply chain, operations, or fulfilment (e-commerce preferred) Strong vendor management and coordination skills Comfortable with operational problem-solving and process improvement High ownership mindset with attention to detail
