QA Analyst - Gujarati

• Auto QC: Ensure daily automated QC tasks are completed with high precision to maintain data quality and operational efficiency.
• Business QC: Deliver high-quality, requirement-based QC ensuring business expectations are consistently met.
• Vernacular Script Translation: Ensure accurate and timely translation of scripts across multiple vernacular languages to support project delivery and quality.
• Speech Analytics QC: Ensure Quality of delivery and Improve speech analytics accuracy per the business requirement.
• UAT & Flow based testing: Strengthen Testing Quality Through Robust Test Case Creation
• AI Trainin: Enhance BOT call performance through targeted AI training and continuous learning

Requirements

• Qualification: Computer Science or related field.
• Language Skills: English and Gujarati(Hindi knowledge would be an added advantage).
• Good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to ongoing projects.
