We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Program Knowledge & Controls Specialist responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs and control systems. Key Responsibilities: Validate, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines (e.g., FANUC, Siemens). Provide expert-level support for CNC control systems, including PLC interface and MES integration. Standardize and document CNC programming practices, tool paths, and machining processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new machine commissioning, control upgrades, and integration with robotics/PLCs. Perform troubleshooting of CNC-related control issues, cycle time improvements, and error diagnostics. Maintain CNC program repository and revision control process. Work closely with IT/OT teams on machine data acquisition and real-time monitoring solutions.

Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Automation Engineering. 5+ years' experience in CNC programming and control systems.
