IT Administrator

What You Can Expect**:**

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage end-user computing, network infrastructure, and on-site IT setups
• Coordinate hardware procurement, vendor management, and asset lifecycle tracking
• Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi deployments, firewalls, and connectivity
• Ensure high availability and uptime of IT systems - Conduct site assessments and IT readiness checks

Applications Management

• Coordinate enterprise applications (ERP/WMS/TMS)
• Manage user access and onboarding/offboarding
• Work with vendors for support and enhancements
• Support integrations (API/EDI)
• Ensure smooth deployment of IT tools

IT Security & Compliance

• Implement IT security policies aligned with global standards
• Manage endpoint security, antivirus, and patching
• Support audits and compliance checks - Coordinate incident response
• Ensure data protection and access governance

IT Financial Management & Governance

• Track IT budgets, vendor invoices, and cost allocations
• Support procurement processes and vendor negotiations \
• Maintain asset registers and reconciliation - Monitor IT spend vs budget - Prepare cost visibility reports

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as bridge between local and global IT teams
• Participate in regional/global IT discussions
• Provide clear updates and documentation
• Align with global IT standards

What You Bring:

• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and IT Financials
• Hands-on troubleshooting ability
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with networking, systems, and ITSM tools preferred
