Senior Executive - Air Freight Operations

What You Can Expect**:**

• Manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking to final documentation and shipment closure.
• Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings, cargo readiness, pickup arrangements, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, GHA, transporters, overseas agents, and customs brokers for smooth shipment movement.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other relevant documents, Pre-alerts, and airline processes.
• Handle DAP/DDP shipments.

What You Bring:

• Strong knowledge of Air Export operations and documentation.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Air Export Operations within a freight forwarding, logistics.
