Web Designer & Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and versatile Web Designer & Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our creative team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design sensibility with solid front-end development skills — someone equally comfortable crafting pixel-perfect designs in Figma as they are writing clean HTML/CSS and JavaScript. Experience with WordPress development and graphic design work is essential to this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•      Design and prototype web pages, mobile interfaces, and application screens using Figma and Adobe Suite

•      Convert approved designs into development-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript pages (table and tableless structures)

•      Develop and maintain WordPress websites including custom theme and plugin development

•      Build responsive, cross-browser compatible front-end interfaces using JavaScript and related frameworks

•      Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into polished, functional UI/UX designs

•      Create marketing collaterals including flyers, banners, social media creatives, logos, and promotional videos

•      Ensure visual consistency and brand compliance across all design and development deliverables

•      Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices

•      Manage and update existing websites and digital assets as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•      2–3 years of professional experience in web design and front-end development

•      Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, website projects, and graphic design work

•      Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro)

•      Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including jQuery and AJAX)

•      Hands-on experience in WordPress development, including custom plugin and theme creation

•      Ability to produce marketing assets: flyers, banners, logos, social media graphics, and short videos

•      Understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design principles

•      Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

GOOD TO HAVE

•      Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js

•      Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL for back-end WordPress customization

•      Experience with version control tools (Git/GitHub)

•      Exposure to SEO tools and website performance optimization

•      Experience working with page builders such as Element or Divi
