  • Troubleshoot configuration and technical issues independently.

  • Follow established implementation best practices and documentation standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 frameworks

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related technical field.

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on development/programming experience (non-negotiable)

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures).

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

  • Experience with at least one structured programming language (C#, Java, or similar).

  • Ability to convert functional requirements into technical configurations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to enterprise software implementation projects.

  • Familiarity with financial/accounting processes.

  • Experience in client-facing implementation roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
