Social Media Executive

• Create, shoot, and edit engaging reels and short-form video content
• Manage day-to-day posting across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist in planning and executing content calendars
• Stay updated with current social media trends and incorporate them into content
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creative execution
• Monitor basic performance metrics like engagement, reach, and followers
• Ensure timely posting and brand consistency across platforms

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in social media/content creation
• Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing (mobile editing apps/tools)
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and trending formats (Reels)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, InShot, CapCut, or Adobe apps
• Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, and social media algorithms
