Key Responsibilities
Discipline & Conduct Leadership
- Build a campus culture rooted in respect, punctuality, and personal responsibility
- Guide students to maintain a professional and dignified demeanour in all spaces
One-on-One Support & Counselling
- Provide guidance on personal challenges, mental toughness, and positive decision-making
- Identify behavioural concerns early and take structured action
Spiritual & Value-Based Mentorship
- Conduct reflective sessions emphasizing duty, courage, gratitude & self-mastery
- Help students integrate daily routines that foster inner strength
Physical & Lifestyle Coaching
- Inspire fitness habits: morning drills, endurance routines, team challenge activities
- Promote discipline in sleep, diet, and digital habits
Professional Preparedness & Career Motivation
- Mentor students in work ethics, communication, appearance, and reliability

Classroom & Workshop Facilitation
- Deliver sessions on leadership, national service, emotional fortitude, and teamwork
Program & Culture Development
- Design systems that reward discipline & community contribution
- Establish zero-tolerance policies for harmful behaviour
Coordination & Family Engagement
- Communicate effectively with faculty and families to support holistic development
Documentation & Continuous Tracking
- Maintain detailed confidential records & progress reports to leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of service in the Indian Army / Central Armed Forces with experience in training or welfare roles
- Strong understanding of youth psychology, high-pressure environments, and behaviour shaping
- Experience managing diverse groups with firm yet compassionate leadership
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Committed to lived values — punctuality, fitness, courtesy, and honesty
