Description
· Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
· Drive lead generation and performance across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook. Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, and remarketing channels
· Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, budget management, and KPI delivery (CPL, ROI, CTR, conversions)
· Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
· Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, keyword research, and website optimization initiatives
· Manage and optimize websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve lead generation
· Coordinate with content teams to develop blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and website content aligned with marketing objectives
· Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
· Plan and execute social media calendars for campaigns, product launches, events, and exhibitions
· Drive engagement through organic and paid social media strategies, online reputation management, and community engagement
· Set up Google Analytics and website tracking to clearly identify lead sources across all channels (Google Ads, SEO, social media, etc.)
· Ensure all leads are correctly attributed to the appropriate marketing channel and report channel-wise performance
· Regularly audit and resolve issues in website tracking, forms, and conversion events to maintain accurate lead source reporting
· Track and analyze digital campaign and website performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance, lead, and ROI reports with actionable insights
· Coordinate with external agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives
· Support branding and promotional initiatives for product launches, exhibitions, and events
· Work with international clients and cross-functional teams where required
Requirements
· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
· Strong background in performance marketing and lead generation
· Ability to independently own and optimize campaigns with minimal supervision
· Experience working with international clients preferred
- Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
· Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
· SEO tools: Ahrefs or SEMrush
· WordPress and landing page tools
· CRM / lead management systems
