Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical

Key Competencies:
• Knowledge of good maintenance practices
•Must be good team player, self-starter, good enthusiasm
•Knowledge of CBM and TBM
•Able to handle the team of maintenance
•Trouble shooting skill and able to read the engineering drawings
•Knowledge of rotating, static Equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
•The internal and external communication skill
•Knowledge of ISO system
•Knowledge of various safety standards, rules, regulations
•Knowledge of OHSAS, HAZOP, JSA

Key Accountabilities:
•Implementation and follow the schedule of preventive/predictive maintenance
•Lead and guide the maintenance teams for right jobs
•Adopt and implement global maintenance directives in workshop
•Monthly maintenance, consumables report
•Skill development of the team
•Monthly report preparation
•CMMS – reduce the backlog of works
•Coordinate with cross functional team
•Ensure organization Global safety, Quality and Environmental policy
•Responsible for minimum stock/spares availability
•Operation PXB execution

Experience Required for this Position: 03-05 years (preferred Manufacturing Food Industry)
Qualification: BE (mechanical)
