HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female Only)
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Location: Santacruz west

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring for multiple roles across departments. Candidates with prior experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Manage hiring pipeline and maintain recruitment tracker
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers
• Ensure timely closures of open positions
• Maintain employee database and recruitment records

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in bulk and multiple role hiring
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work under deadlines and targets
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of HR operations is an advantage

Qualification:

• Graduate HR preferred
