External Job Description

Role Purpose:  
To achieve the production target and meet customer requirements while maintaining product quality, follow and establish processes and standards through continuous improvement.

Customer Focus: Ensuring Customer satisfaction through on time supplies, best quality & Service by Naigaon Plant.

Safety: Build the Safety Culture at Naigaon Plant and adhere to the statutory & IMS (Integrated Management System: ISO 45001:218 & ISO 14001:2015) requirements.

Quality: Ensure set up and adherence to Quality assurance procedures to bring year-on-year improvements in the quality of the plant's output.

Delivery: Ensure overall Inventory ERP Vs Actual adherence, critical order execution, sustenance of development projects to achieve the management objective year on year basis.

Cost : Achieve continuous improvements and automation to bring down the manufacturing cost.

People : Develop people by engaging them into improvement activity and improve skill level and ensure availability of multiskilled people in department.
