Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Master Production Schedules (MPS) and material requirement plans (MRP) aligned with sales forecasts and actual customer orders.
• Own end-to-end production planning activities, ensuring alignment with customer delivery expectations and internal capacity.
• Drive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with relevant stakeholders to ensure demand-supply alignment.
• Monitor plan vs. actual performance and work closely with operations to remove bottlenecks and improve schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and suppliers (domestic) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and outsourced parts.
• Lead initiatives related to inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and optimization of safety stock.
• Facilitate change control &and implementation of engineering changes in collaboration with engineering quality teams and SCM team.
• Handle order fulfilment, expedition, and logistics coordination to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Support digital tool implementations (e.g., smart planning software) and lead MIS/reporting for supply chain KPIs.
• Support warehouse optimization, kit-wise dispatch planning, and inventory audits.
• Mentor and guide planning team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Should be well versed with ERP system (Oracle/SAP)
