RRD GO CREATIVE iscurrently seeking Customer Support Associate for the Creative Communications division in Chennai.

In this role you will be responsible for:

·         Providing high quality, real-time assistance to clients to support their projects.

·         Communicating with the client to understand requirements, setting expectations, and making sure that the expectations are met.

·         Communicating the client requirement to the production team.

·         Overseeing the production process and the delivering the output as committed.

·         Adhering to the internal metrics.
