Senior Business Analyst

Job Description: Act as a single point of contact between the client, sales and development teams through the entire project lifecycle. Responsible for analyzing / capturing business process and tabulating it to a module design. Coordinate the entire end‐to‐end process from scoping of the project to delivery to client.

Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Conduct thorough analysis to ensure a clear understanding of business processes.

Data Analysis:

Analyze and interpret data to provide valuable insights and support decision‐making processes. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.

Documentation:

Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process flows. Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

Testing Support:

Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the delivered solutions meet business requirements.
