Purpose-To enable data-driven decision making by understanding business requirements, building reliable data pipelines, and developing Power BI dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights across business functions.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Maintain BI documentation, ensure data quality, and support data governance.
• Drive reporting automation and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

• 3–5 years of BI/Data Analytics experience with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI, SQL, ETL/Data Engineering; Python and cloud platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and business requirement gathering skills.
• Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel to plant locations as required.

Additional notes

• Self-starter with the ability to independently deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Pharma/FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
