Description
The People Services Administrator collaborates with in-country People Services managers across multiple RWS sites globally, ensuring efficient HR data management and compliance as part of the Human Resources Global Service Delivery Team. This role is responsible for executing and refining administrative processes within the company's HR system, maintaining data integrity, consistency, and alignment with global and local standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end People Services operations in alignment with global processes, while incorporating local requirements to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Maintain and update HR systems with precise and timely data entry, while driving continuous process improvements.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop, manage, and maintain personnel documentation in compliance with data protection standards and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver services in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and align policies with established best practices to enhance employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistency across policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Engage with stakeholders to strengthen HR service delivery, improving operational outcomes and efficiency.
- Generate data extracts and support payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Address operational requirements within the People Services function, ensuring continuity and efficiency of services.
- Work in alignment with the People Services Country Manager to resolve operational challenges and implement effective HR solutions.
Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in entering, maintaining, and processing accurate data within enterprise IT systems.

Advanced capability in preparing and managing large-volume data extracts with precision.

Experience working with HR systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR Solution (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.

Experience operating across multiple regions, including North America, with exposure to global stakeholders.

Capability to conduct and evaluate background checks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Ability to manage priorities and execute high-volume workloads within defined timelines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Adaptable work approach, with effectiveness in both independent and team-based environments.

A college degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
