Job Description

The Online Marketing Manager will manage all online marketing initiatives including Search engine marketing, Display & Affiliate marketing, Social Media Marketing and Management.
He/She will be responsible for acquisition of Customers – Building daily traffic,email marketing, online campaigns, SMS campaigns, Social Media Marketing and should maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices & strategies in the Online Marketing space.

Desired Skills & Experience

Hands on experience in media planning and managing social media channels like FB & Twitter.
Publisher or medium understanding of CPM & CPC
Working knowledge of analytical tools, strong analytical skills
Good number crunching abilities
Proven copywriting and proofreading skills
Strong project management skills - ability to manage in-house teams and external suppliers/vendors
E-commerce experience (direct or agency) highly preferred
Must be active on social networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, Out-of-the box thinker
Thorough understanding of the online / ecommerce space and keenness to work in a startup environment.
