ERPNext Implementation Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of business operations and technology. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and HR teams to translate real business needs into scalable ERP solutions. The role is hands-on and requires technical depth in Python, SQL, and BigQuery, along with a solid understanding of ERP processes.WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?Own the end-to-end ERPNext implementation and enhancement across business functionsAct as the single point of ownership for ERP-related processes and system decisionsGather and document requirements from Finance, Ops, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and HR teamsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical ERPNext solutionsConfigure ERPNext modules to align with actual business workflows (not theoretical processes)Develop and review Python scripts for Data migration, Automation, Validation and reconciliationWrite and optimize SQL queries and work with BigQuery for reporting, analysis, and data validationManage and monitor integrations between ERPNext and systems such as Shopify, WMS, Payment gateways, and Other internal or third-party toolsCoordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and implementation partners; review and validate their outputPlan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholdersSupport go-live activities and post-implementation stabilizationContinuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve ERP-driven processesWHO YOU ARE2–4 years of experience in an ERP Techno-Functional / ERP Analyst / ERP Consultant role
