Maintenance Operation M/F

Join our team as a Maintenance Operation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance. You will implement maintenance programs, manage maintenance engineers and technicians, monitor equipment performance, control maintenance budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. You will also use CMMS and IoT sensors for real-time monitoring and maintenance efficiency, prepare periodic maintenance reports, and coach and motivate the team toward innovation and continuous improvement.

• Plan, organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance engineers and technicians, including training, monitoring, and evaluation, and control maintenance budgets and resource allocation.
• Monitor equipment performance, schedule inspections, and respond quickly to equipment failures/emergencies.
