1–3 years of experience in software development or AI projects. Strong foundation in Python programming. Familiarity with LLMs (ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar). Basic understanding of AI workflows or automation. Version control using Git. Curiosity and willingness to learn rapidly in a fast-evolving AI space. Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and function calling. Experience with simple RAG pipelines. Academic, hackathon, or personal projects involving AI or automation. Understanding of basic software testing practices.
