Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, managing onboarding, maintaining recruitment trackers, building a pipeline of IT professionals, and utilizing ATS tools. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with recruitment metrics.
