About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in India staffing to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for various technology roles across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (permanent and contract staffing).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for future requirements.

• Experience: 3–6 years in IT recruitment for India market.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
• Experience in contract staffing and permanent hiring (preferred).
• Knowledge of current market trends and salary benchmarks (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management skills (preferred).
