Key Responsibilities

• • Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
    • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the US real estate market
    • Create engaging posts including:
      • Property promotions
      • Reels / short videos
      • Market updates
      • Client testimonials
      • Community highlights
    • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with audiences
    • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
    • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports (reach, engagement, conversions)
    • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution
    • Stay updated with US real estate trends and social media best practices

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or similar industries
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Experience targeting and engaging US audiences
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar
• Good communication and copywriting skills (US English)
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
