This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career security professionals to grow in cloud security, vulnerability management, and operational security processes, while working closely with senior security engineers and service delivery teams. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport security operations across cloud environments, with a strong focus on AWS cloud services and APIs.Analyze and interpret vulnerability scan reports and identify remediation requirements.Review and understand Qualys VMDR vulnerability reports, including:Risk severity assessmentAffected assets and componentsPrioritization of remediation actionsCoordinate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to plan and track component upgrades and patches to reduce overall vulnerability counts.Demonstrate working knowledge of the Qualys vulnerability management tool, including scans, reports, and dashboards.Generate and maintain security and vulnerability remediation reports to track:Vulnerability trendsRemediation progressCompliance statusProvide regular updates and metrics to leads and stakeholders on remediation status.Participate in shift-based operations and be available on-call during out-of-business hours for critical security issues.Follow defined security processes, standards, and operational guidelines.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Security Analyst to support cloud security and vulnerability management initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS), vulnerability assessment tools, and the ability to analyze and interpret vulnerability scan reports to drive remediation activities.
