Delivery Executive

As a Delivery Executive Silver at Salad Days, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our fresh, healthy food products to customers. Your position is key to maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction that Salad Days is known for. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport food items from Salad Days kitchens to customer locations within designated delivery times. Ensure that all food items are delivered in a condition that meets Salad Days standards and health regulations. Maintain communication with the logistics team to efficiently manage delivery routes and schedules. Provide excellent customer service during delivery, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience. Provide a great experience to the customers by following proper etiquette like greeting with a smile, thanking the customer, etc. Handle cash and payment transactions accurately when necessary.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in delivery roles is advantageous but not required. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent navigational and street knowledge of the area. Ability to work independently and make timely decisions on the road. Physical ability to carry and deliver packages as required by the job. High level of reliability and punctuality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
