Trainee Baker

We're growing fast across multiple cities and are looking for passionate individuals to join our team. As a Bakery Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in bakery operations while learning preparation techniques under experienced supervision. Your key responsibilities include learning about bakery equipment use and maintenance, developing knowledge of bakery products and production, assisting with industrial equipment operation, participating in inventory management using FIFO, ensuring proper storage and packaging of goods, attending production meetings for task updates, learning essential mise-en-place techniques, and following food safety and hygiene standards.

To be a Bakery Trainee, you need a Bakery Diploma. On-the-job training in a bakery is preferred. You should have an understanding of measurement systems, ability to follow detailed instructions, capability to handle hot working conditions, and a safety-conscious mindset.
