Job Overview: As a Bakery Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in bakery operations while learning preparation techniques under experienced supervision.
Key Responsibilities Learn about bakery equipment use and maintenance Develop knowledge of bakery products and production Assist with industrial equipment operation Participate in inventory management using FIFO Ensure proper storage and packaging of goods Attend production meetings for task updates Learn essential mise-en-place techniques Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements Bakery Diploma On-the-job training in a bakery is preferred Understanding of measurement systems Ability to follow detailed instructions Capability to handle hot working conditions Safety-conscious mindset
