3D Design Engineer

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)

Product Design:

• 3D Design for new product as per the Input from designer.
• CAD models, Engineering drawing & Assembly design.
• 3D model renderingfor visualization.
• 3D printing of parts for new product.
• Innovation for new products through design.

Mold Design:

• Injection Mold Design concept.
• Prepare input for texturization on injection molds.
• Coordinate with Vendor for fine tuning of Mold Design.

Tool Design:

• Design of Tools used for production.
• Design of Drill jigs, Cooling Jigs, locating jigs.

Modification in existing product:

• Responsible to work on product modifications.
• Changes in Product design from the perspective of quality improvement.
• Works on the product design from Cost Optimization point of view

Maintain drawings in Teamcenter

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or Graduation in Engineering
