Communications Associate

The Communications Associate plays a vital role in upholding the brand and identity of the program. Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external stakeholders, you will ensure a consistent messaging approach, aligning with our narrative of hope, courage, and possibilities. As the Communications Associate, you will: Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy. Create innovative collaterals and impactful storytelling content for various media platforms. Prepare and disseminate program updates and impact reports for stakeholders. Manage social media presence, track performance metrics, and optimise engagement. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse organisations. Oversee the procurement, design, and storage of merchandise and gifting items. Curate and manage events, ensuring alignment with program objectives and a professional atmosphere. Identify gaps and provide logistical support during events. Foster positive donor relationships and maintain an organised donor database. Capture field initiatives, craft compelling stories, and share them across channels.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
