We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Program Associate for People & Culture to join our team and play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. In this position, you will design and implement effective recruitment strategies, streamline onboarding processes, and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, professional development, and diversity. This multifaceted role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to analyze HR data effectively. Your responsibilities would include: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies across multiple channels, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline and seamless collaboration with hiring managers. Lead onboarding processes with customized resources, orientation sessions, and compliant documentation to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Represent the organization at various events to attract top talent and strengthen professional networks. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and surveys to boost morale and satisfaction. Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of initiatives. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Design visually engaging materials, such as infographics and posters, to enhance internal communication and team camaraderie. Coordinate and support training programs and workshops, ensuring accurate training records and tracking employee development progress. Eligibility Criteria
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a preference for experience in the development or non-profit sector. Strong communication skills to establish meaningful relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines effectively. Skilled in assessing candidates for cultural fit, potential for growth, and technical qualifications. Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, regulations, and workplace dynamics.
