Program Manager(Operations)

We are seeking a passionate and driven Program Manager(Operations) with strong leadership abilities to join our team. The role requires someone who thrives in developing people and facilitating group dynamics while contributing to the overarching goals of transforming education. Oversee the day-to-day operations across Sanjhi Sikhiya's four active districts: Bathinda, Fatehgarh Sahib, Patiala, and Ropar. Lead and manage a team of Program Managers, Program Associates, and Young Leaders to ensure successful implementation of the core program. Build and maintain partnerships with key state-level stakeholders to drive program success and collaboration. Guide the team in setting quarterly goals, facilitating weekly planning, conducting daily reviews, and addressing challenges through problem-solving. Work closely with the Data, Communications, and Fundraising teams to ensure seamless organizational alignment and strategic coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program implementation and people management, with a deep commitment to education systems transformation. Preference given to candidates with a Master's degree and fellowship experience. Candidates from any location are welcome, with a preference for those proficient in Punjabi.
