The Opportunity That Doesn't Knock Twice
We're not looking for someone to fetch coffee or sit in the corner taking notes. We're looking for a designer who wants to actually design, someone who's ready to own real projects, ship real products, and make a real impact from day one.
You'll be working on our upcoming product launch (yes, the big one) and other mind-bending initiatives that'll make your portfolio so good that other companies will wonder where you came from.

What You'll Actually Do
Design work that matters:

• Craft beautiful, intuitive SaaS applications that users actually love
• Create wild, experimental web apps and sites that make people go "wait, how did they do that?"
• Own end-to-end design projects, from napkin sketches to pixel-perfect prototypes
• Work directly with founders and the product team (no endless approval chains)
• Ship your designs into production and see real users interact with your work

This isn't about making things pretty. It's about solving real problems, understanding users deeply, and designing experiences that feel like magic.

Who We're Looking For
The basics:

• Final year students, fresh graduates, or dropouts who chose a different path
• Minimum 5 projects or case studies in your portfolio (even sample/personal projects count, we care about your thinking, not just client work)
• Solid grasp of UX/UI fundamentals: design principles, user psychology, information architecture, typography, color theory
• Comfortable with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, pick your weapon)
• You know how the web works and what's possible (and impossible)

The intangibles we actually care about:

• You obsess over details that most people don't notice
• You can explain why you made every design decision
• You're a fast learner who doesn't need hand-holding
• You're curious, hungry, and slightly unreasonable about quality
• You ask "what if?" more than "that's how it's done"

Bonus points if:

• You have strong opinions about micro-interactions
• Your portfolio has at least one project that made you stay up all night because you couldn't stop iterating
• You follow design trends but aren't afraid to break them
