AI Trainer

Job Summary: We are looking for an AI trainer to design, develop, and deliver advanced training in AI, generative AI, and machine learning. The role involves breaking down complex concepts into digestible lessons and guiding learners on real-world projects. After recruitment, selected candidates would receive training and then conduct training for our valuable clients.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver engaging AI training programs to students and professionals. • Conduct workshops using tools like Microsoft Co-pilot, ChatGPT, etc. • Break down technical concepts for non-technical audiences/professionals. • Update training content with the latest AI trends. • Guide learners on capstone projects and career tracks. • Collaborate with curriculum designers and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications: • Master's Degree in any discipline. • Academic/Professional Certification in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. • AI certifications (Google AI, IBM ML, Microsoft AI) preferred. Core Competencies: • Utilizing AI tools in day-to-day life. • Excellent communication and public speaking skills. • Training facilitation experience would be highly preferred. • Data-driven approach to tracking learner progress. • Creative and adaptable, staying current with emerging tech. • Strong collaboration and mentoring skills. • National and international level extra-curricular background would be appreciated (debate, business competitions, coding and programming contests)
