You strengthen our digital backbone in Noida by spotting risks before they turn into incidents. As a Vulnerability & Patch Management Engineer, you take ownership of identifying, analysing and resolving vulnerabilities across systems, networks and applications. You balance precision with speed, ensuring critical risks are addressed within defined SLAs while maintaining operational stability. At the same time, you embed SHEQ standards into daily work, driving safety, discipline and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Your job in a nutshell:

  • You perform continuous vulnerability scanning across servers, endpoints, network devices and applications using tools such as Microsoft Defender, Qualys or Tenable
  • You analyse and validate scan results, eliminate false positives and ensure data accuracy
  • You classify vulnerabilities based on CVSS scoring, exploitability and business impact
  • You maintain a central vulnerability register and track remediation progress
  • You plan, test and deploy patches across operating systems, applications and firmware
  • You align patching activities with defined change management processes
  • You prioritise critical vulnerabilities and ensure remediation within agreed SLAs/KPIs in collaboration with external cybersecurity partners
  • You monitor and report on vulnerability posture, patch compliance and remediation performance
  • You escalate high-risk items and support audits with structured documentation
  • You manage and optimise vulnerability and patching tools and drive automation where possible
  • You collaborate with infrastructure, application and service teams to coordinate remediation activities
  • You contribute to SHEQ by adhering to policies, conducting workplace inspections and promoting safe behaviours
  • You operate as an individual contributor within a global IT security ecosystem

You are a detail-oriented cybersecurity professional who takes ownership of reducing risk. You combine technical depth with a structured approach and stay focused under pressure. You communicate clearly, work well across teams and consistently apply a safety-first mindset. You don't wait for issues—you anticipate them, prioritise effectively and drive them to resolution.

  • Experience in vulnerability management and patch management within an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Defender, Qualys, Tenable, SCCM or Intune
  • Strong understanding of CVSS scoring and vulnerability lifecycle management
  • Experience with patch deployment, automation and change management practices
  • Solid knowledge of operating systems, networking and application security principles
  • Ability to analyse data and provide clear, actionable reporting
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
  • Awareness of SHEQ or safety-driven environments is an advantage
