Position Details

Role: Enterprise Sales Executive

Experience: 2-3 years in IT sales and business development

Specialization: Exposure to Industrial Safety Software is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

• Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline to support business goals.

2. Sales Execution

• Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the team to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business plans.

3. Client Engagement

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and objectives.
• Ensure seamless follow-ups and guide clients through a smooth onboarding process.

4. Market Insights

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Assist in shaping market strategies by providing insightful feedback and analysis.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Document sales activities and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Industrial Safety Software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Motivation: Highly goal-oriented and enthusiastic about achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
