Annotation reviewer | scanO | Baner Pune- full time only Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Radiologist to join scanO's AI clinical research team. This role focuses on the interpretation, review, and validation of dental radiographs to support the development and quality assurance of AI-driven dental imaging solutions. You will work closely with annotation teams, clinical leads, and AI engineers to ensure high clinical accuracy across imaging datasets.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and review dental radiographs including OPG, IOPA, Bitewing, and CBCT.
Validate and approve annotations used for AI model training.
Ensure clinical accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established radiology and annotation guidelines.
Identify complex cases, rare pathologies, and edge scenarios for AI learning.
Provide expert feedback and mentorship to dental annotators.
Collaborate with AI, product, and research teams to improve diagnostic performance of models.
Qualifications
Education: MDS in Oral Medicine & Radiology
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in dental radiology
Prior experience with digital radiology, CBCT OPG interpretation, or AI-based workflows is an advantage.
Skills
Strong expertise in Oral Medicine and Radiology
Proficiency in interpreting dental imaging modalities
High attention to diagnostic detail and accuracy
Ability to document findings clearly and systematically
Comfortable working with structured datasets and review targets

Requirements
Education: MDS in Oral Medicine & Radiology (mandatory)
Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in dental radiology
Proven expertise in interpreting OPG, IOPA, Bitewing, and CBCT imaging
Prior exposure to digital radiology systems; experience with AI-based or annotation workflows is a plus
