Job Description : Associate - Factory Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee plant-level financial operations, cost control, and budgeting.

● Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.

● Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with company policies.

● Support audits, MIS reporting, and monthly financial closures.

● Partner with operations and procurement teams for cost optimization.

Requirements:

● Experience in product costing and cost variance analysis is a must.

● Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

● Hands-on experience with ERP and financial reporting tools preferred.
