What you'll be doing:

Be the backbone of our HR engine—making sure policies are fair, clear, and consistently followed. Maintain clean and accurate employee records (because details matter!). Keep employee handbooks and policy documents up to date with changing needs. Handle sensitive documents like NDAs, visas, and HR letters with the utmost discretion. Own the end-to-end of onboarding and offboarding—ensuring smooth transitions for employees in India and the US, ensuring smooth and compliant transitions. Be the go-to person for employee benefit queries and coordinate closely with external vendors. Support data-driven decision-making through research, benchmarking, and operational insights. Support people initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and organizational culture. Support employees during different types of leave (medical, parental, caregiving). Spot gaps in our systems and help us improve how we work. Coordinate payroll processes with precision and care.

5+ years in HR operations—you've seen how good systems transform workplaces. Exposure to US HR operations is a strong plus. A mindset of ownership—you don't wait to be told what to fix. Thrive in fast-moving environments and love balancing multiple priorities. Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Comfortable using HRIS systems and tools like GSuite or MS Office. A quiet champion of confidentiality and trust. You're a problem-solver who thinks about the 'why' behind the process.
