- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network security and switching solutions.
- Provide technical support for customer network environments.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security issues.
- Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices.
- Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide timely resolutions.
- Document technical issues, configurations, and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good hands-on experience with Switching, Firewall, EDR solutions
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall concepts
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
