Description
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot FortiGate or CheckPoint firewall solutions.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and firewall-related issues.
- Perform implementation, configuration changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance of network security devices.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, incidents, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer support and project execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good hands-on experience with FortiGate or Check Point firewall technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall concepts.
