- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewalls
- Administer and manage FortiManager for centralized firewall management
- Configure and troubleshoot FortiSwitch devices and related network connectivity
- Monitor network security infrastructure and identify potential issues
- Perform incident troubleshooting and resolve network/security-related issues
- Implement firewall policies, routing, NAT, VPN, and security configurations as required
- Maintain proper documentation of configurations, changes, and troubleshooting activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for issue resolution and operational activities
- Follow security and change-management processes while implementing network changes
