Senior Network Security Engineer - Zscaler

Designation: Level 2 SASE Device Management

Location: Pune

Educational qualification: BE/MCA or BCS/MCS or University degree/Equivalent

Years of experience: - 2 - 4

Certifications Required: CCNA, CCNP or another vendor equivalent with SASE product.

Certifications desired: Any SASE vendor certification or network certification

We are seeking a Level 1 Engineer for our SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) Management team with 2+ years of experience in Device Management.

The team member will be responsible for the administration of SASE components such as Cloud Access Security Broker, Firewall as a Service, Zero Trust Network Access, Endpoint Protection, Posture, and Active Directory.

Proficiency in managing Change and Incident processes is essential. The candidate must be prepared to work in a 24/7 shift environment.

Technical skills:

·         Administration and troubleshooting of the following technologies.

o   Zscaler, Netskope. Cisco, Palo Alto

o   Active Directory, Azure AD

o   Groups and policy configurations

o   Endpoint management

o   Proxies and firewalls

o   SDWAN concepts

·         Good understanding of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management

·         Good Understanding of ITIL process and concepts
