Graduates and should be responsible for end-to-end handling of Voice/email/Chat process.

• The Candidate shall be graduates.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. Should be able to comprehend, create passages/ notes.
• Excellent listening skills. Should have the ability to ask probing questions, empathize with customer.
• Should have a very stable resume/ work experience.
• Typing speed of 30 words per min.
• Should have the ability to adapt existing and learn new updates quickly.
• Should be open to working graveyard shifts.
