MECHANICAL ENGINEER (M/F/D) - Fluid Technology & Dosing Systems

Tasks

• Design of individual parts, assemblies, andcompletesystemsin the field of fluid technology and dosing systems basedon order specifications or predefined workpackages
• Preparation of manufacturing drawings, including definition, specification, and creation of drawings for purchased components(e.g., valves, pumps, piping elements)
• Preparation of project management documentation (e.g., instrument lists, P&IDs,and spare parts lists)
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses (HAZOP) in accordance with established guidelineswith focus on fluid systems and chemicak dosing applications
• Support in the preparation of operation manuals for customers, especially for dosing units and fluid handling equipment
• Monitoring timelines and assigned tasks to ensure timely delivery
• Managing technical changes within project management and product lifecycle processes, particulary for dosing and pump systems

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience with CAD applications, preferably Solid Edge
• Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems is an advantage
• Understanding of fluid mechanics, pump mechanics, pump technology, and dosing proecesses
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the headquarters in Immenhausen, Germany
• Ability to support knowledge transfer of processes, structures, and production standards in an international environment
• Strong command of English for professional communication
• Knowledge of German will be considered an advantage
• International working experience
