Job Description:

The Content Marketing Specialist supports the marketing function by managing digital and social content, coordinating regional marketing activities, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational consistency across teams. This is a cross-functional role that combines content management with project coordination and stakeholder collaboration.

Content & Digital

  • Develop, manage and schedule social media content in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Publish and maintain web content on sgs.com in line with global standards and governance requirements.
  • Monitor and report on digital performance through dashboards and analytics tools.

Marketing Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate marketing tasks and initiatives across teams, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
  • Review and manage incoming marketing requests, including brochures, presentations, and collateral.
  • Ensure alignment of local marketing activities with global marketing guidelines and frameworks.
  • Maintain and update marketing guidelines and SOPs to support regional consistency.

Projects & Events

  • Lead and coordinate special marketing projects, ensuring clear scope, stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, events and activations across the region.

Customer Satisfaction Programme

  • Oversee and coordinate the Customer Satisfaction Programme across the region, including tracking and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or content management role, preferably within a B2B or corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media and web content.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital performance data and produce reports.
  • Familiarity with marketing guidelines, brand governance, and SOP documentation is an advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proactive, collaborative and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and content management tools (e.g. CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, social media scheduling tools).
