(Business Development Executive / Career Development Officer)

You will be responsible for counseling working professionals and students on the right educational programs offered by leading universities through our EdTech partner. The role involves lead generation, career counseling, and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments. This is an end-to-end sales profile.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Psychology, or related field
• Comfortable with cold calling, target-based work, and CRM usage
• Prior experience in EdTech or education sales is an added advantage
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
