Manager - Networking

Job Summ​ary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Networking professional to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization's network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of network systems while leading a team and supporting business operations.

Job Description:

**·**Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.

·  Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

·  Ensure network security by implementing firewall policies, access control, and threat mitigation strategies.

·  Oversee network performance, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.

·  Lead and support network-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and expansions.

·  Collaborate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders for smooth IT operations.

·  Handle vendor management, AMC coordination, and network-related procurement.

·  Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

·  Ensure documentation of network architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

·  Support audits, compliance requirements, and incident management processes.

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

 

Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching)

Hands-on experience with Cisco / Fortinet / Juniper or similar network devices

Expertise in firewall management and network security

Experience in handling enterprise-level network infrastructure

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field

Certifications: CCNA / CCNP / Network+
