Area Sales Manager - Commercial Building Segment

To manage sales, application, and service activities for Commercial Building Segment (CBS) pumps, ensuring business growth, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction. The role involves supporting applications such as HYPN systems, pressure boosting, drainage, and fire protection while developing strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients. Drive sales and business development for CBS pumps within the assigned territory. Provide technical support for pump selection, sizing, installation, and commissioning. Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and end-users to execute projects successfully. Ensure after-sales service support and quick resolution of technical issues. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support product positioning. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports for customers and management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project and sales targets.

B.E./ B.Tech or graduate in any stream. Hands-on experience or technical knowledge of CBS pumps from reputed manufacturers. Experience in HYPN systems, pressure boosting, drainage, and fire protection applications.
